I enlarged this picture, and the detail is great. I can see other things here too that you used in other photos. This must be a prime area for good images.
The bridge is gorgeous and I also like that tall building's rooftop that looks like a pavilion.
Really nice area Jim! Lots of greenery and great view!
Great with the flags on the bridge.
Looks like a beautiful area. I like that there is blue sky! ~ks
This is a fabulous shot. Bridges are always wonderful and majestic to capture.
Looks like a nice place to take my bicycle to. What a lovely sunny day - we've been having rain...
Great shot of the bridge - I loke how you've posed it.Cheers.Melbourne Daily Photo
Another great day/photo. When they built that bridge, they must have pulled one down. I wonder if it was called the Iron Cove. My memory ahh!!!!Bruce.
Oh wow, I just "clicked" and can see the old bridge is still there.Bruce.
Bruce, it is a swing bridge that is now left open known as the Glebe Island Bridge. I'll try and get a photo of it one of these days.
Yes of course, it's all coming back now, many thanks. Left open,,,,you better remember not to drive across it then!Bruce.
This area of Sydney is looking quite lovely now! When I was young, Pyrmont was a rather bedraggled corner of Sydney! Great to see it like this now!
I like those sleek lines, are they steel cables that hold up the bridge.Soon it will be Anaz day.
Yes Ann, those lines are steel cables.
That bridge really is awesome. I don't think I'll ever tire of it. Lovely, scenic path too. Have a sweet Scenic Sunday! :)
guess I could hang around there for a few hours maybe. :)
Great shot of some magnificent scenery. :)
Pretty! Really nice composition, framed nicely by the bridge :)
Thanks for visiting my blog. Please leave me a message. Jim.
